SUBSTITUTION POLICY- Please read before you make the purchase
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement, due to the availability of certain items. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using items of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand and/or availability, especially during major occasions/events. We or our affiliated parties will make every attempt to match the item, but may substitute with another - such as color, shape etc.
